Circular economy: the means for a resilient people and a resilient planet
CIRCULAR ECONOMY
Circular Economy - The Synergie Group Recycling Centers
The Synergie Group Clean-Tech Process transforms EAF dusts and metal fine wastes into by-products.
As example, here is a short description of the recycling process of dust collected through the filtering of the fumes generated by the steel mills EA Furnaces.
The EAF dust collected in the steel bag-house is sent to the Recycling Center, where it is melted in the Clean Tech EA furnace and transformed into an unconventional alloy (ferro-alloy) (eco-alloy). The process do not need the pre-agglomeration of the dust. The result is a totally clean process, whit no emission of CO. Inert slag and ZnO concentrate are the other two by-products produced by the recycling process, which do not generates any toxic waste
The eco-alloy has the same characteristics as the steel and can be reused as by-product by the steel mill. The inert slag can be employed as by-product in the cement or mineral wool production. The ZnO concentrate is a row material for Zinc and Zinc Oxide refineries.
The Synergie Group Clean Tech Process solves the environmental problem related to stainless steel EAF Dusts and creates a circular economy.

The waste material, produced by industrial activities, can be processed and reused rather than dispersed in the environment.
The conversion of an industrial waste into a reusable product, with added value and its respective representation in a digital currency, which also includes the ecological value of "Zero Impact", closes the conceptual cycle of the circular economy.
The resilient recycling society is based in the circular economy.
